Unused unopened packs may be returned within 30 days.
Because this is a disposable personal-use product, returned items must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for eligible unused products.
Eligible items
Products must be unopened, unused, clean, dry and in the original packaging. We cannot accept used shoe covers for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-returnable cases
Opened packs, used covers, items damaged by misuse, final-sale promotional items and orders outside the return window are not eligible for return.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, delivery date and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions if the request is eligible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
